Sophie ensures everything is perfectly organized by handling housekeeping, replenishing supplies and linens, and monitoring cleaning teams. Thanks to her attention to detail, each accommodation is always spotless and ready to welcome new guests.
For their part, Vincent and Valentin place customer relations at the heart of their mission, both with travelers and owners. They always provide small discussions and are available to respond to travelers' needs. They also handle all administrative aspects, including property management, rate adjustments, and reservation tracking.
